Google Bad Review:  I absolutely do not recommend One Stop Auto to anyone!

The customer service is poor, their quality of work is atrocious and overall they are simply just a bunch of dishonest individuals. One stop Auto is clearly interested in swindling customers out of their monies all in the name of “fault” and “damage parts” .

They have somehow managed to swindle £610 out of me, yet the issue I had with my car (Smoke in the bonnet) still exists and hasn't been fixed. They kept finding new faults with the car that they believe were the reason behind the smoke, but after they claim to buy the parts and fix it, the issue still isn't resolved and they find something else to latch onto. They were constantly billing me for more faults, parts and labour etc – as a female with no prior automobile/technical knowledge I didn't know better.

The reviews they've received in the last 6 months are true representation of the type of people you'd be dealing with at this centre. If you love yourself, your car, your money and your sanity stay clear of this “repair” shop. Visit Portmill Engineering which is 2 mins up the road from here and I 100% guarantee you'll have a pleasant experience.

I wish I had read One Stop Auto centre's reviews before visiting because it would have saved me a lot of time and money.
