Google Bad Review 1:  Very bad customer service. You can wait forever for them to call you back, even you been told “we will call you back in 30min” never happened !!!
Robbing people. They said they fixed something, you paid money because you trust and you can't see the different in your car Go back and they telling you that you need to fix something else DISGUSTING SERVICE. I will never go back there again..

Google Bad Review (2):  Had one of my front tyres replaced here and found it refreshing that I was not pitched the expensive brands and not told anymore work was required. Took the car for a service a couple of months later as the price was reasonable and they are very close to my home. I was told that on inspection the car needed repairs as the rocket cover gasket and gear box mount needed replacing. I thought that was weird as the car ran really well. I decided to go ahead as my MOT was due soon and it was proving difficult getting other garages for a quote.

When I collected the car I asked about whether they thought the car would pass an MOT. They suggested it would as they had looked over it. They must have done, to find a problem I had not brought the car in for. They even suggested a garage for the MOT since they currently don't offer that service.

I took the car to the garage the following Saturday after they gladly booked the appointment for me. The car failed the MOT because both the front suspension springs were broken. I had not driven that much for the week so it is very strange that a car I had for 6 months suddenly needed more repairs a week after having an assessment by this garage. Both garages suggested the break was recent. However, I am the only person who drives my car and did not drive much that week and definitely did not drive any different to the last 6 months.
