Google Bad Review (2):  I dont usually leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. I ordered a Chai Latte that was the worse I have ever had. Extremely watery and no flavor whatsoever for GBP 4.00. Also the service is quite rude making “jokes” at the expense of customers. Will never return.

Google Bad Review 1:  Most of their teas are not faithful to the descriptions they give or either are not fresh???and are almost tasteless. I am talking about black teas that are not scented or flavored. I have sampled almost all of them and to me they are only two that are faithful to description:: golden bud and asamiya black.
Attention customers who place an order outside the uk. They made me pay 14 euros for custom charges. I talked to management and they only refund €2 to me.
