Google Bad Review 1:  Truly horrifying job, Stay Away!!!
I have used them for 2 years and have just found out that all the promises they made me mutually was a big lie and I had paid them £150 per month for absolutely NOTHING!
In the engagement letter it confirms that all the responsibility and duties are of my own responsibility and hence why they have screwed me over in filing my business VAT, then they have not even filled my self assessment for 2 years, which has resulted me in being fined £10 per day, plus a £100 yearly on top of the several other penalties I have due to their negligence and false promises!
They promised me they will do everthing regaridng my business and personal accounts but HMRC have confirmed nothing has been filled and now I am stuck in a huge problem!
Why promise to handle my accounts, take payments but do NOTHING AT ALL?
I am so tired up in rage due to the severe problems they have caused me!!!!
