Google Bad Review 1:  I will NEVER EVER use your disgusting taxi service again!!!! My sick mother who goes to dialysis at Barnet hospital had to be picked up from the hospital last minute as NHS transportation wasn’t arranged for her. I called Metro cars as I had used them a few times before. They usually charge £19. This time they decided to charge me £3 extra and rip me off. Also they made my sick mother wait ONE HOUR at the hospital after picking up the wrong passenger. Whenever I tried calling them this old English man said he was very busy and rudely hung up on my face. When I confronted him, he had no shame. You are the worst!!!! Do not use them if you have any common sense!!! Absolutely no shame or morals.

Google Bad Review (2):  If I could give no stars I would – this service has always been a bit iffy but today the driver called me when outside the pick up and proceeded to shout at me down the phone “‘do you expect me to go in a bus lane? where do you expect me to park? you booked this taxi!” well yes I did but never again – the controller was just as rude when I reported this to him and clearly didn't give a toss. There's plenty of other taxis in Barnet, I suggest you use one of them instead.
