Google Bad Review 1: Worst experience of OET exam ever. My wife had her exam there and found that there was no speaker in the room she supposed to have the exam in and the speaker was in the next room which she supposed to hear from. This is against all the exam rules and conditions they should provide. Finally my wife passed every section except the listening as she did not hear well and has to go through all the stress and pay for another exam which is not fair. Please do not book any exam with them. They do not care about your effort and money and can waste it in a monent without feeling guilty.
