Google Bad Review:  Avoid at all cost… Have had them for 8 months only, Acorn does not manage properties. In this short period of time they have changed the “manager” three times, and currently I do not know who manages it (a “Premier team” apparently, and there was no communication about this last change, I only found out because my last manager has not been answering email for two months now). I had first Stephanie Wignall and she is appalling, she never solved any problem – she was always pushing for extra revenue sending contractors to do very little. I gave up and have to deal with issues myself (what's the point of using them?). She is very petty, always going to what is written in the contract. I have been wanting to get out of it … and as Stephanie pointed out – I have to wait for the year to end or pay for the rest of the year. So I reluctantly, I have kept them. Just now, I even then I have to go through a number “team leaders” just to get a statement, they can't find me in their systems, they can't tell me who is managing the property… No property management, just a waste of time. AVOID THEM
