Google Bad Review (2):  A really poor service with this company. They booked a booth suitable for 8 people at Blues Kitchen Shoreditch when I had 15 guests which caused chaos on the day. I’ve since made a complaint with them and the attitude they have within the sales team is terrible. All I received was challenging behaviour and serious push back from the Head of Sales Emalena. There was no accountability for this mistake mainly because they don’t appear to be that bothered.

Google Bad Review 1:  2 adults 1 seven year old turned up at 1300hrs for lunch, yes a busy time but I'm sure this is not the first lunch held at the Danson Stables. We ordered 2 kids burger meals one of those plain burger and a steak for me with an upgrade to sweet fries. So after a long wait from ordering the food came pretty quickly but completely wrong. Burgers were burnt like the lasts ones left on the BBQ and both fully loaded, no sweet fries and cress which had seen better days last week. When the waitress brought the food over and saw the burgers very quickly apologized and took the food away. So I got mine back first (Steak) which was ok and then the 2 burgers about 5 or 10 minutes later which meant I was finished pretty much as the rest of my family started theirs. Things to consider when dining at the Danson Stable's most of the tables are booked and reserved so you need to do that, if you are lucky as we were don't expect your table to be cleared from the people before you it's lunchtime and the staff are to busy? On the whole and in relation to what you pay a terrible dining experience and to that end way over priced.

Google Bad Review (2):  Stayed in room 3 avoid at all costs. Road noise is horrific, it woke me up a 2.30 and I could not get back to sleep. Someone got up at 3.30 and because all the floors are wooden or laminate the noise is terrible and when they had finally flushed the toilet, the noise came through the plumbing on my bathroom. The blind on the window would not not close as there was no curtains, which meant that the lighting from the car showroom lit the bedroom for the whole night. This is an example of a very good restaurant with excellent food trying to provide hotel services…..with no understanding of the essentials such as a good nights sleep, as 4 hours is not enough. Will never stay there again. Fit some carpets, accoustic glazing and sort out the plumbing and I might be tempted but at £90 per night!!!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Stayed in room 3 avoid at all costs. Road noise is horrific, it woke me up a 2.30 and I could not get back to sleep. Someone got up at 3.30 and because all the floors are wooden or laminate the noise is terrible and when they had finally flushed the toilet, the noise came through the plumbing on my bathroom. The blind on the window would not not close as there was no curtains, which meant that the lighting from the car showroom lit the bedroom for the whole night. This is an example of a very good restaurant with excellent food trying to provide hotel services…..with no understanding of the essentials such as a good nights sleep, as 4 hours is not enough. Will never stay there again. Fit some carpets, accoustic glazing and sort out the plumbing and I might be tempted but at £90 per night!!!!!

Google Bad Review 1:  This is probably the first time I would be in the need to leave a review for a place.

It all started by visiting the ground floor bar with a friend on Friday night (3/2/17) to enjoy a good cocktail, as my friend is a very regular customer and has suggested me this place.

We ordered 2 cocktails (around £14 each) which were nice and after finishing them, we decided to order some rum. I got a menu and went to the bar where a barman approached me. My eye got stuck on the Facundo Eximo 10Yo which was £15 per glass. I asked him if i could have two of those. He then went and brought two bottles. One was the Facundo and the other one I didn't manage to see. He put me to try some Facundo, which apparently was the Facundo Paraiso XA which was £64 per glass. That was when the confusion started. I asked him to get the Facundo, but I never asked him for the £64 pound one, as I would never order something this expensive. So he pours two glasses of Facundo. We drink them and we ordered the bill. That was when the surprise came. The bill arrived, of a shocking figure of around £180. I call the manager (a young guy called JAMES). He started telling us that we ordered the £64 pound Facundo as we tested it and said yes. I said we would never had ordered something that expensive, and the Barman, never asked us if we knew the price. He claimed that we were totally wrong and that he had full faith and trust in his people. He accused us of trying to fool them around and said he did not believe us. He was extremely rude, shouting at us in front of the whole bar and did not want to listen to us. We explained it was a misunderstanding, he said this is your fault 100%. He then threatened us that if we do not pay he would call the POLICE. The behaviour and way of talking to his customers was disgusting, rude, aggressive and also embarrassing to the other customers who all turned around. After 5 mins of arguing, he then said he would remove the 2 rums and that we would have to pay the rum, otherwise he would call the police. He mentioned the police probably around 6-8 times for a matter of misunderstanding. I explained to him this is the first time this happens and i would never negotiate on a bill. I knew what i wanted but apparently the testing trick which was under the same Facundo name, worked well for Mondrian.

The Manager – James insisted for us to pay without wanting to listen and appreciate that it was a misunderstanding. We then got tired of arguing and being threatened and agreed to pay as we did not want to be further embarrassed and degraded by having the police over, for a misunderstanding issue over a glass of rum.

We paid, we made the Bar Management staff happy and left.

i have already told my friends about this degrading, embarrassing, unprofessional and rude experience we were involved in and we would never go back.

That was the first time i experienced such a rude behaviour from a member of staff, in this instance the “manager”.

Google Bad Review (2):  The concierge and front of house are persistent in making absolutely sure that VIP guests cannot be dropped at front of hotel due to taxi ranks meaning taxis get priority who may possibly not even taking clients from and too hotel but not VIP clients who pay almost double to stay here…VIP's are expected to walk to hotel lugging their luggage hoping they will receive VIP treatment when they finally get in….emm I think not.

Google Bad Review 1:  I had dinner with my family..

I read the reviews and I trusted that O could taste a good meal.

I had the 3 courses meal and unfortunately I was very dissapointed.

The starter was ok O ha rhe Cray fish cocktail, the staek was chewing and K taste more burnt charcol then meat.

As dissert I took the safest: ice cream.

I would rate the value of the meal at £15 and not at £29.

The atmosphere was a bit noisy and thw waiters constantly asking if everything was ok but not really attentive.

I could of gone to a local steakhouse and had better quality and service at half the price. Not what you would expect for a place that is in the premium price bracket.
