Google Bad Review (2): I’ve been meaning to write this for a while.
I’ve spent £900 online and returned nearly £800 worth of things back to this store. They received the items back gave me a receipt stating the return but money was never received back to my account. After contacting customer service and getting nowhere I’ve decided to contact this shop and speak to a manager. The manager was uninterested and unhelpful, just told me to call the customer service in America using a landline as I can’t use my mobile to call international numbers. How could this manager be so unhelpful is beyond me. The store had all the things I returned, the manager should’ve chased this up herself to help, if not as a person that is there not only to run the store but to be of assistance to the customers when these things happen, then at least as a descent human being trying to help me to get my £800 back. This happened just before Christmas and it was on my mind, stressing me out over the holidays. At the end I spent an hour on the phone opening a dispute via PayPal and thank God managed to get my money back.
