Google Bad Review 1: Ameria provided a horrible customer service. So disappointing… I have a dacia sandero stepway. The main headlights stopped working suddenly last Friday. So I called spoke to Courtney and asked me to take my car there next morning. When I went there they said the bulbs were loose and they have attached them properly and leave. By the time I got home one of them wasn't working. So I called this morning again and I received the worst customer service ever from a lady called Ameria ( or similar). You would expect that after being there on Saturday and talking about the main headlights she would have a sense of urge to get it fixed as I can drive night time with no lights and it's dangerous and ilegal, can't use the high beam ones if traffic ontowards you. So she offered me an appointment temnt for the 4th of August. I asked to speak to someone else she put me on hold for 15 minutes to then hung up on me. Worst customer service ever.

Google Bad Review (2): My experience consisits of two completely different parts.
First part in the conduct of person/s manning the service desk who were courteious and helpfull.
Second part is utter repusion because my car that was handed over for repare had been taken for a joy ride or otger personal use which I would have not ben able to find out if the person using the vehicle had not driven in a restricted zone and a penulty notice issued by Ealing Borough council.
Using my car for personal use is bad on its own but I the excuse given was an insult to any one ones inteligence . ie. I was told the car had been taken for road test. Can any one tell me what part of an Ac fan (in this case a fuse according to your repare report) needs to be road tested. and specisally on a back road in front od a sckool.
