Google Bad Review (2):  Today I tried to exchange a shirt, I bought it on 23 which is just few days ago and as it says on receipt JD customer got 14 days to refund but when i ask the cashier to refund or exchange for me she wasn't sure so she tried to ask from her manager and than her manager just looked at my face and because I can't speak fluently English with big beard the maneger just shake her head to not refund my item .
Very shame on JD to have racist staff !!!
The cashier was mixed race with piercing on her nose and othere cashier called maneger she was 24,25 years old with iranian nationality .
