Google Bad Review 1:  Don't give them a laptop. No one could tell me exactly what was done on collection in the shop. I think they just waived a tea bag over it for £70. Its even slower than before.

Google Bad Review (2):  Visited this shop a few months ago and they replaced a screen and battery. The batter was worse than the one replaced and the screen home button was temperamental but worked until this morning. Admittedly they did offer to replace it but didn’t have the time so gave them a second chance. Went there this morning to have my screen replaced which the chap done however the home button now does not work. He refused to believe it worked although I showed him it working. Refused to refund me, swore at my partner then threatened to call the police when I refused to leave without a refund. Twice I’ve visited and both times I have been charged for faulty products
