Google Bad Review: My experience has not been good at all. Have spent a lot of money on wiper motor repair work and then had car serviced with them. Since car was serviced yesterday, service light is on and traction control light is also on at dashboard. Got another mechanic to check the car today and he told me that the after market ignition coil that was changed yesterday is not working and is after market rather than original. Advised to replace this with original one. Also told me that fuel filter needs changing. This was not told to me yesterday when their mechanic performed car service. I am hugely dissatisfied and would not use them again nor will recommend to anyone. Whole of the work done costed me over 800 pounds and now car is not driveable! Really disappointed!
I have read your lengthy reply and bunch of excuses. Car was running fine before you performed service. So, issue is directly related to work carried out I am afraid. You will obviously deny this. I am of course annoyed and wouldn't want you to now even touch my car as you have done more harm than good. It feels all the money has been wasted as car is not driveable. There were no such issues before you carried out service. So definitely, the current issues are related to your service. Well, my money has gone wasted. So, I have the right to be annoyed. At least, show some conscience and stop making excuses here. I am not going to accept any of them. You have lost credibility in my eyes. So, keep my money and be happy. I am not going to allow you again to come close to my car.
None of what you are saying to defend yourself is acceptable to me. You are just trying to say you are not responsible for the issues and you definitely are. A responsible mechanic would have accepted responsibility of the problems that were created with their job and would have tried to rectify it rather than running away passing the bug to others.
If you are really serious and honest, then you have to do something to solve the issue which is your created by you rather than just explaining here all the complex technical terms to basically deny responsibility. I am not interested in any of these. You are not offering any solution. You have ruined my car and now have run away with my money. If you are satisfied with this, then just leave it there. Feast on my money and stop troubling me.
