Google Bad Review (2):  All residents in my building have had a terrible experience living in a building managed by HML. We receive almost zero communication. The building has no management at a high fee. I recommend anyone looking to live in a flat run by HML to reconsider, their lack of management will greatly affect your living standard and resale price of your property.

I have attached images showing the neglect of our building. The first showing the scaffolding erected around our building for over four months, (we have had no communication on how long this will be up for). The second shows the state of the building exterior, (we have paid for this to be cleaned). And the third highlighting our perimeter hedging that has had thousands reinvested for its repair to improve residents security and privacy but this is the result. Lastly, the fourth shows the general condition of the grounds that has thousands spent on management and landscaping every year.
