Google Bad Review 1: You would expect a higher quality of customer service from such an esteemed car dealership, considering the cost and reputation of the car.
I don't even know where to start.
Unprofessional and rude, they did everything in their power not to fix my car which is on *warranty* and took it in only when Audi Assist emailed them forcing them to take it it! Moreover, although having to provide with a courtesy car, they DID NOT and I am currently on foot and with no estimate of when I will get my car back.
Thanks only to Andy and Asa who were the only ones who actually tried to help!

Google Bad Review (2): Very poor service from Audi across the last few months. I have currently been on hold for over an hour trying to speak to someone in the service centre to book my vehicle in, having being told in December they couldn't book me in for diagnostics and can I get to Bexley. I have tried online request forms which I have received no response to.
I can't get the vehicle booked in for diagnostics until 1st July, when I finally get through to the right person to book it in, despite having a warning light that advises I can't drive the vehicle, but I can use Audi roadside assistance to recover the vehicle to them where presumably they will fix the problem. I'm sorry but someone please explain how this is good customer service, and complete peace of mind as I am hearing over and over on the hold messages.
Still on hold – 1 hour 8 minutes – very sorry I have an Audi right now.
