Google Bad Review 1: Falconwood requested I came into register, took half day holiday from work and when I arrived it was just a quick registration. Consultant advised me they would keep regular contact with me and 2 months on and not even 1 phone call, I kept calling every week and was told I would get a call back but never did. I should have known this was not a professional agency from walking into the office that looks like a charity shop. Do not recommend this agency.

Google Bad Review (2): The office is extremely dated/unprofessional but willing to overlook this – however when I arrived to register the manager was screaming at his poor colleague and was extremely rude to me regarding the documentation I’d brought with me (despite it being exactly as was specified in an email from them). Goes without saying that I will not be registering there.
