Google Bad Review 1:  I wanted to get a lip treatment done and sent in some photos for the team to assess. They told me they will get back to me but never do, I re-sent the photo they required on three occasions but there was no response. I even sent a follow up email. I tried to assume the best but if there still isn’t a response then this is just poor customer service at this point. I was genuinely considering treatment here but will go somewhere else. Disappointing.

They actually reply here than via email – I should have communicated my questions over the treatment here.

Edit: They’ve said they replied various times on online chat which is untrue as we communicated over email and yes there was communication *at the start* but the whole point behind this review is that they *stopped* responding after asking for another photo. Even to my follow up email. It is shocking to insinuate that I’m lying instead of taking accountability. Why would I post this review if they were communicating with me? Jessica also should’ve been the one to answer to this since the conversation was with her and if she’s the owner then what can I say, how delusional.

They created a good look outside and people will hook on the appearance of a salon. If you have a treatment, you will see it straight away they are not experienced. The most of the reviews on a Treatwell and Google are not genuine and more likely purchased online. Do not waste your time & money.
