Google Bad Review 1: AVOID!!! If you are supplier to the wedding industry please do not enter into any kind of arrangement with this outfit. Their rolling contract is ‘legal and binding' but highly immoral and completely non-negotiable once you have passed the deadline (by even one minute) to cancel it. My venue, already hard hit by Covid ended up having to pay £2000 for their annual contract because we did not diarise the date for cancelling it. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had provided bona fide leads, but the best they could do was try to persuade us that weddings who had already booked with us through other means had come from leads which had been generated by them! NOT SO! All of our brides booked with us months before we entered into any arrangement with them. It's scandalous! All the best reviews come from brides themselves who seem to use it as some kind of forum, but practically all the wedding suppliers will tell you to avoid like the plague. I have written to our local MP to see if he will look into their contract and business practises.

Google Bad Review (2): Advertisers beware, they offer 6 months free and if you don't jump though their hoops you get a bill for £2k and lawyers letters every week. This is even if you cancel a day after the free period and have had no leads via them.
