Google Bad Review (2):  For the work they've done so far and the quality of materials, it does not seem like it's worth the hassle of having to move all my stuff to another room, put up with the mess and dust and generally be inconvenienced. The representative was friendly but a bit misleading about the work that would be done. The picture she showed me of the ‘shower' is different from reality. She also said they were going to give me a mixer tap, but all they've done is provide a cheap plastic-like shower attachment that I had to put on myself. Now, I do not trust them, and once again, this is a case of Wandsworth Council doing things on the cheap and making it seem like a big deal!!

Google Bad Review 1:  *UPDATE* – Since writing this, I received a letter from SOS Electricals threatening me to remove my review or they will take me to court over this review.

Numerous problems that have been created and some still to resolve and some took an inconvenient number of visits visits to resolve.

1)
They worked on switches in the house, which caused one switch to control another bedrooms switch. This was resolved after two months.

2)
Projector in our cinema room isn't working. They inspected and came back, only to find out they had the wrong replacement piece. After three months, we are yet to have this fixed.

3)
Burning electricity behind a switch which has required the components to be replaced three times. The burning smell has been blamed for being embedded in the wall. It is currently flicking our fuse constantly. Still to be resolved after 5 months..

4)
Tried to change the light dimmers which used to work by censor from touch to the more traditional dimmer; dial. They changed this over but work wasn't appropriately done. It meant one dimmer switch wasn't working and is now permanently redundant. The lights were not going to the brightest level, which required 5 visits to fix.

You may ask why we continued to use them. Unfortunately this isn't our choice, it is down to our Landlord's choice.. We have asked our Landlord on many occasions to use a different company for Electrical work.

Google Bad Review 1:  Please read if you have a current policy with these. We’ve had ongoing vexatious/fake claims for 4 years. This company and our allotted solicitors have made a business decision to settle a clearly fake claim by a serial claimer – despite us supplying the same documentation over and over again (worrying that confidential information hasn’t been received allegedly). The claim that they want to settle, without our permission – that’s right, read the small print, they’ll override your wishes because it’s a better business financial decision outcome for them, is easy to defend, but cheaper to settle. In other words, they do not care about your business reputation at all, they’ll settle without permission because it’s in the small print that they can. This in turn leads to the vexatious claimant's mates also having a bash (it’s a nightmare) FYI, they were unsupportive during our successful BI pandemic insurance claim too. I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company at all. Don’t fall for their fancy media and adverts, they haven’t demonstrated an in-depth knowledge about aesthetics to us at all, there is no rationale for not going for more of the better established insurance companies. Seriously save your money and sanity long term. There are far better companies out there for cheaper that will offer a better service.

Google Bad Review (2):  When you call to make a claim, you will be diverted to voicemail. You leave a message and no one return the call. But when it's time to renew your policy, they will harass you with several calls daily. I will never use it again. What kind of insurer close claim line at 5pm anyway?

By far they are the worst insurer I've ever used!

Google Bad Review 1:  Appalling communication and service. You can call until the cows come home, nobody will answer. Take your car in, don't provide any updates on progress. They had my car for 3 weeks with no word. Will never use this franchise ever again

Google Bad Review (2):  You can hardly ever get through by phone if you need to change or discuss things. My car was recalled for warranty issues. Although the staff were friendly, everything was so slow as it appeared to be badly organised. I would have expected for my car to have been washed when returned to me since I had to put myself out returning it.
The loan car which was supplied by Enterprise was filthy. As I would not take it in the state it was in I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for Barons to wash it.
