Google Bad Review 1:  I have used before but now stopped, as the staff is not accommodating abrupt and rude. Also, they are overpriced and I do not recommend using them. The lady tried to charge me for 24 hours service when I asked and gave sufficient time for a 48 hour service. I travelled over 50 miles to have my thesis bound with the company, as I have used them before, but I was refused as the lady wanted upfront payment. Usually payment is payed when the job is done which makes me think that this company is hard up for cash. I was refused service because I did not pay up from. This is so not accommodating for a loyal customer. I mean, I did not travel all that way just to leave you a copy of my thesis for fun without paying. Your services is very poor and a google search would see that you are well overpriced and I am glad I went elsewhere. I think you need to learn customer service and not be so eager for quick cash.

Google Bad Review (2):  Not a nice customer service! They treated me in a way that if they are only after the money and they do not care about what I actually want. Usually for all the services there is a chance to swap the payment you made if you made a wrong decision under stress. However, these people do not accept any swap/amendment of the payment 10 seconds after you pay. This made me not to consider them for the future purchases.
They are expensive and not welcoming.
