Google Bad Review 1:  Their service caused me a lot of stress. I had to send two passports in original and I did not know the system so well. I needed some advice from man working for the post office. I told him what I have to send and I also told him that I want to track my items online. He messed up my mail so much. I ended up placing my passports in original (in an envelope without a stamp) in the red letter box outside of the post office. ( I know I had to pay more attention as well BUT hey I do not really know how the system works) Please avoid going there as their services are the worst ! Please go to a bigger post office where people can advise you better. The man working there did not know what he was doing, was so relaxed and he did not pay attention to my request. Worst experience ever. I am going to conplaint to the Royal Mail as well. Once again, AVOID GOING THERE. ✋
P.S : WHS Smith prices are also very high, in case you are looking to buy stationery.

Google Bad Review (2):  The staff at this Post Office are just plain rude. Dressed unprofessionally and speak abruptly and bad mouth the company they work for.
I visited this site twice. The first time they were closed. Despite the website stating they were open. No idea why. The second time they said a particular service displayed on the website was not offered there. Instead of helping me find a branch nearby that could assist they encouraged me to complain.
Absolutely unacceptable.
If only Paula Vennells knew about this.
