Shop staff (blond lady) seriously lacks warmth and friendliness, and manager (brunette) is rude and abrupt, cuts you off with a flow of word-diarrhea and then slams the door in your face (metaphorically) to end the conversation. No hello, no goodbye. Her parents must be well proud. If you want your morning ruined due to a lack of basic courtesy and manners, visit this place. Alternatively, go into the station and visit the small WHSmith bookstore, manager was way nicer.
