Awful company! Avoid!
This is a very duplicitous company, be careful of their lies! They ‘repaired' my heating but the problem occurred again within hours of the repairman leaving. They would not apologise and would not return without further charge. This is a quote from their website:

“We take great pride in the caliber of our work. We’re pleased to send out an engineer to correct the error to your own satisfaction and at no price to you personally in case a problem should happen to arise within those six months.”

My repair didn't even last 6 hours!!

The cost was hundreds of pounds, the repairman was late, the appointment time was changed by the company and then cancelled after waiting in all day only to be told that the engineer could not come until the next day! Another day of annual leave used due to this flaky company. I was not told of the price of the ‘repairs' and received no receipt after.

The phone person was aggressive and unapologetic, absolutely unable to take responsibility for the frankly embarrassing job the company attempted.

Please take heed of this review, please let my experience make you think again about this lot – THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!
