Google Bad Review 1:  I done a pcr test for covid done with them and was promised results within 48 hours but to no avail.
The company charges a lot of money and fits you in easily for a test but lies on the turnaround. There should be no excuse as it serious matters and should charge according to the length of time they will provide results. I had my anxiety level shot up due to them keep delaying the turnaround.

Google Bad Review (2):  Just…don't. If youre able to hear the receptionist. Then she has at least not a clue about anti-retroviral medication. (Basic course of medical knowledge could not harm at all). The price for only consultation is £120 (wich is weird because i see another review saying £60) also another review of someone explaining his/her situation about pain medication. Of what the owner replied to with one simple sentince “we dont prescribe addictive drugs” that allready told me that i would not have gotten my nasal spray against my epileptic seizures since that's a benzodiazapam. Be smart go to NHS (they advise me to call 111) this is not an option for an avarage working class person.

Google Bad Review 1:  Absolute joke. I had booked an appointment for a blood test on Friday and was told to fast for 6 hours which I did. Typically my veins are quite hard to find but I thought surely, this is Harley street and am paying £200, they must have the best of the best. So after driving 2 hours from Kent into congestion charge the doctor says to me oh I am nervous because you said it is typically hard to find your vein! I mean you are a doctor! How can you be nervous and telling me this. I could tell she was not experienced or good. She could not find the vein after attempting once and then getting scared. She asked the nurse to try and she again tried twice and could not find a vein. They said they have more specialists in their nearby lab who probably would have been able to take my blood but they have gone home! This place avoid for serious health concerns and use our beloved NHS. These jokers are useless.

Google Bad Review (2):  An all round very bad experience with their self-test service. The ”external reception” they use are poorly informed and obstructive. The test was not furnished with a request form that was deemed extremely important to telease my results (even though I included hand written request form). But then it was decided it wasn't important afterall and they released my results to me- except they were someone elses results.
Without a lot of constant chasing I would not have received my covid certificate in time for my flight, which was necessary to fly at the time (Emirates airline).
I do not recommend this company at all.

This review is appointed to Mr. AURIS SEIBUTIS the owner of ‘KLINIKA LIMITED' this company operates under ‘Palmers Green Clinic' and ‘Dental&Medical Clinic' names.

My 6 month pregnant wife booked an appointment for doctor's consultation at Palmers Green Clinic and also to get blood test done as she is very unwell. I left my work earlier, but because of usual London's traffics we couldn't arrive on time, I've spoke to receptionist that we're going to be late 10-15mins, but she said that no one is going to wait for us even that they charge £180 for consultation and blood test. Then I've asked politely to book us in for next day and time available, luckily they had one next day. This time we add an extra effort and arrived 20mins before our appointment's time, but the clinic's door was locked, so my wife called to Palmers green clinic's number to find out why there is no one at the clinic to let us in and receptionist rudely replied ‘Why are you waiting there?! I told you that I've booked your visit at the other clinic' SHE NEVER TOLD US THIS BEFORE AND WE WERE REALLY CHOCKED. My wife really nicely and politely asked the receptionist ‘where is that other clinic located and why no one told us about that before' but receptionist dropped the phone! That is unacceptable, we are really really frustrated.

Just for a goodwill I would really recommend clinic's owner Mr. Auris Seibutis to investigate his rude receptionist's communication skills and other customers to tell their experience who were dealing with her as she it's the face of the business and makes a big damage to company's reputation.

Google Bad Review (2):  I never write reviews but I feel that the tall lady at the counter really needs one. I really hope the Management of the pharmacy asks this lady to improve the way she treats customers. She clearly needs some sort of customer service training.

I'm a regular to the pharmacy and, to give an example, after I had paid and was packing my items, she asked a very personal irrelevant question that was none of her business. When she saw that I ignored her and switched topics, she asked again! Very nosy and terribly unprofessional. The way she's willing to speak to customers shows lack of empathy and emotional intelligence. She has no idea about what other people might've gone through, so really shouldn't be arrogantly telling strangers what to do. Who does she think she is?

On another occasion she also treated me badly. She was rushing me around the store, telling me prices for things I wasn't even interested on. Then, she was very unhelpful when I asked questions about their products, which she should really know. She's so weird and unprofessional… makes me not want to go back. With the many options in the area I will start going somewhere else.
