Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely disgusting. The owner and staff are insensitive and simply money orientated. The owner Jason Clare and he’s staff are in the wrong business. Please avoid this company. They are only in it for the money which is disgraceful.

Google Bad Review (2): Having lost my father recently i was waiting for the Ashes to be returned. I was advised by Bromleys that as soon as they recieved them back they would call me. After what seemed like quite a while i rang them to be told by a lady that she was not sure if they had them and that she would call someone and ring me back. I in the meantime rang the crematoriom. I was informed that they had returned them 2 weeks ago. They like me seemed shocked that no one at Bromleys had the decency to call me. I was so upset and it showed a complete lack of respect. I emailed Bromleys and messaged them to ask why they failed to tell me and when exactly were they going to tell me, i heard nothing back. My partner collected my fathers ashes and told them i was upset and angry. They said someone would call me..they never did. Dreadful way to treat someone at such a sad and upsetting time. I hope you treat the next persons loved ones with the respect they deserve.
