Google Bad Review 1: Having been advised on transferring my pension by what i thought was a reputable advisor, the trustees of my pension are no other than the above after about 2 yrs of my pension going down in Value but STM managing to take their cut for basically everything to include looking at my investments going down and not even acting on it. I am now in the process of trying to transfer my pension, however STM are making life difficult and not replying to my UK provider.
So thanks to STM i have a pension going down in funds but they get their cut of it and to add to the bargain do nothing of much relevance to try and get my funds transferred (why would they they are making money of it despite it going down in value with them overseeing it as trustees)

Google Bad Review (2): One star is too much for these incompetent buffoons. Do not ever deposit money with these people. When I first joined in 2016 I had to open a new bank account in order to receive my first lump sum from my British Pension, because they were incapable of sending it to my Credit Union.
In October 2018 I requested a further sum in order to purchase a parcel of land and am here in April 2019 still waiting. They claim to have sent it 4 times, but I have seen no evidence of such. They claim it is returned each time, but when asked why, they “don't know”, but are quick to tell me there is a charge of $30 for sending it. I have no evidence that they even tried. None of the banking institutions involved will discuss the matter with me but STM Malta cannot be bothered to enquire into the matter. I am thoroughly disgusted. Avoid them like the plague!
I have no option but to open a bank account and remove all my funds which will undoubtedly involve a large loss. Thanks for nothing STM Malta.
