Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely unprofessional. Avoid wasting your time with them. They recently posted a freelance developer job and select me but they clearly had no budget for it or did not want to pay. They started asking for free work and full availability even before having a contract. Unclear payments schedule and a keen attitude to exploit someone to do the job before getting paid. Watch out, they take public money from the Italian government and potentially from the UK government while at the same time expect not to pay freelancers. This is not a real charity but more a doggy style business.

Watch out! It's highly unusual for freelancer having to send a copy of your ID for a freelance agreement. Not entirely sure what the need it for but it's definitely not something you should do.

Avoid them like a virus.

Google Bad Review (2):  My experience unfortunately has been extremely negative.

I have signed up my kids 3 for an half term camp. Important to mention that the camp was not cheap 60£ x child so for one week I paid around 900£. which i was happy to; if it was-worth so.
The first day we arrived a bit late (not good of course , but we live quite far from the school we didn't know where the school was .We took a big commitment to commute in half term holidays because we really want to attend to this camp. The person at the office who is still clear to me if she was office manager or headmaster or else…Didn't hide her disappointment. But until here ok, even thought i was still a kids holiday camp not a all boys conservatory senior school…Any way.
We got in the class a medium to small room, with lecture (grown up) chairs. Nothing that could recall anything for children and looked a basic office. The kids were about 9-10 max in total, all totally different ages and later found out different levels of Italian. The teacher again was not happy about our lateness (15 minutes max ) and she did make sure that this was clear to us.
All day they just do a sort of reading singing in front of the board in this sort of class -office. Not sure which other activities, if any other at all. i haven't seen any outdoor space (maybe they have it dont want to say that) My boys are bilingual they r not very fluent so they were not stimulate they got bored and left in a corner because they didn't understand (they are also very active young boys and yes they can be challenging) Probably the fact that the kids were all different ages and different level of language in the same group didn't help .But to be honest I cannot blame my kids very much, their normal class at school compared to that , was by far more engaging .

The second day they called me saying that they couldn't managed them (I mean together with my kids they only had max 5 extra kids so not really a big group.
But the worst thing is that when i arrived the lady told me that they were extremely disruptive and that they were swearing.
I was so surprised my kids never had done this before . I came back home and I also grounded them and i was very disappointed.
The day after basically they told me that they did not want them. In essence the teacher was not able to managed 2 , 7 years old kids in a group of 9 kids..impressive..
Also apparently the swear thing was not true but a mistake of that lady !

She accused them of something they didn't do so they have been punished for nothing….and she did not even apologies or looked any sort of sorry for that.

Not to brag it but my kids attend a very good school and I never had any complain if not the normal things for 7 years old kids.

Funny enough that when the lady, told me they couldn't keep them , this on day 3 of the week, the other teacher, a young man, the only person that was nice to them, was not not happy (it seemed this was purely a decision of the ‘head master? ”

Any way..i am Italian so I am very sad to admit that Italian management too often stand out very poor….. I suggest that if a teacher doest know how to deal with 7 years old kids(in a small group) that is not a kids problem but a teacher. Such a shame my kids have being put off my kids so much to learning Italian and also how ugly it is to send away 7 years old kids after only 2 days instead to try to engage-with them..

If you want an advice , try to avoid as much as possible
