Google Bad Review:  Writing a review based on my cousins experience because she does not want to complain. So I am doing this on my own accord because what was done was out of order.

I introduced my cousin to this nail salon and she like myself have been going for a while.

She said she booked appointment yesterday with a specific lady who did not turn up to work due to personal reasons, fair enough.

She was told by who I believe to be Amie, that she was not comfortable with doing her nails in a rude manner, in front of customers, and that she must come back when the lady she booked with would be back, bare in mind there is no guarantee as to when she will be back, and my cousin had booked an appointment she did not walk in and had to get them done that day for a purpose, she was basically being told to leave.

Amie has done her nails before not that she may remember but she loved them, so I don’t see why she would be so abrupt to my cousin to say she won’t do them, because she didn’t like them once. We all have our off days.
She always does my nails and I love them.

I believe she said this because my cousin had called in to make a complain about how Amie had done the nails a while back the nail design was lovey but a few of the nails were wonky, and one of the design was slyly off. She was not going to complain but I told her to call and explain she was not happy, she believed Amie had rushed the nails because there were quite a few other customers that needed their nails to be done and it was close to closing time. But regardless some of the nails were wonky and when she went back to fix the nails one of Amie’s employees agreed that they were off.

On her appointment day, Getting her nails done. She was then told a man would do her nails and whilst he was doing them she asked for something to be changed he huffed at her, she told me she felt uncomfortable to ask for anything after that. And to be honest I have seen the nails and he did not do a good job, the ombré on a few nails are off but she does not want to complain.

I just think this is very unprofessional from Amie and the man that did her nails. If people have a problem with their nails they should be able to say something and not feel as though they can’t.
Maybe because if there’s a problem with my nails I say something whilst I’m getting them done why it’s not a problem.
I’m very disappointed with you Amie because what you did was unprofessional and quite frankly childish.

There is nothing wrong with some criticism my cousin is not a rude person so I know for a fact however she approached you was not in a rude manner. The mere fact she did not want to complain says it all.
