Google Bad Review 1:  More like Imperfect Stitch. The worst possible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

I brought a jacket and some trousers in to be let out – fairly standard alterations to be done. The alterations that were made did not resolve any of the original issues, and caused some serious additional fit complications. So, I requested that everything be set back to the way it was originally.

I asked to not pay for the alterations that had to be reset, and the owner became aggravated insisting that he did the alterations and the fact that they caused additional fit issues was not his fault, but mine – get ready for the best part! – DUE TO MY BODY SHAPE. I'm 6 feet tall and 180 pounds – pretty much the average male physique, and certainly nothing that they haven't seen before.

I get it – alterations can be difficult, but what is not, is customer service. To tell the customer that his body is to blame for certain fit issues, is the absolute anthesis of what it means to be a tailor/alterationist. AFTER ALL, ISN'T IT YOUR JOB TO FIT CLOTHES TO PEOPLE'S BODIES?
