Google Bad Review 1:  Sad to write this as I have been going here for years.

Booked an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. Train journey was delayed so tried to call for 25 minutes between 2 – 2:30pm to try and reschedule however phone line was ‘busy'.

Ended up turning up for the appointment 10 minutes late and of which I tried to pre-warn of, instead was met at the door with an abrupt woman who told me I may not been seen as I am late. Tried to explain the situation however she was not interested.

I then was told that on this occasion I will be seen. Had my regular dentist which looked at my teach and drilled at them for a 10 – 15 minutes then said to me I am done.

I asked if that was the correct procedure was I have been for teeth cleaning at other practices and it seems like drilling my teeth for 10 minutes will not cut it. I was told that this was standard procedure and if I was not happy with the service I should consider seeing another Dr. at the surgery.

I may not be a dentist or study dentistry however my experience at the dentist has always been that cleanings take anywhere from 25 – 45 minutes and do not start with your teeth been drilled out. Very disappointed and would strongly reconsider whether to give this surgery another chance or not.

The biggest concern is the use of the term ‘standard procedure' which is worrying. Would not recommend currently. Will update if anything changes.
