Google Bad Review 1: After a friendly initial phone call, the surveyor never showed. I phoned to ask why and it was a genuine mistake – fair enough. But due to timings I politely declined their services, vince turned very rude and unprofessional telling me ‘ok whatever tada' and hanging up. Will not be recommending this company to anyone else.

Google Good Review: I’m working with the team on a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. So far the experience has been great. They have been very responsive, flexible to meet my needs and timings, working with me to get all my ideas into the design. Looking forward to seeing the finished job. The job is now finished and I’m ecstatic with the work. The kitchen is stunning, what I had in my head and more. Vince called out before they started to do the final checks and we made some tweaks, well worth it. The bathroom is amazing a well. The team are friendly tidy and very helpful. Highly recommend and planning my next job with them.
