Google Bad Review 1: Be careful when using the online booking system- I tried to book an appointment last night but the website timed out and it did not book (no email or confirmation) but then this morning when it was too late for me to make the appointment, I got an email. I immediately called and asked to cancel but they said I would be charged. I replied that I didn’t think so because I hadn’t put my credit card info, but because they use Fresha, which had my card info stored, they did charge me the full amount of the service, even though I had attempted to cancel as soon as I could. I called to try and resolve or see if I could reschedule, and they were completely inflexible, and a little rude, I thought. Can’t comment on the quality of the facial, but certainly won’t be booking here again, they took £150 and would not work with me at all to rectify, even though there was no way I could have gotten to the appointment by the time I was notified I even had one. Their cancellation policy states: please avoid cancelling within 12 hours. I only attempted to make the booking 12 hours in advance and then did everything within my power to cancel once I realised what had happened. They need to update their policy to say that they will charge you.

Google Bad Review (2): The most unprofessional place I have ever worked in. Management has no experience in running a business and zero people skills. Cutting corners with treatments and NO training provided for staff which is extremely dangerous when using certain machinery. Bullying tactics from both managers whilst one undermining the other and talking about personal business with staff making them feel very uncomfortable. Ridiculous staff turn over due to poor management as can be seen with another review below.

Google Bad Review (2): Absolutely appalling service. Staff have no clue what treatment you require and are very rude. I have physically walked in to Harrods (decided not to book my appointments over the phone) to book mine and my mum's nail appointment a few days ago, since I shop in Harrods quite often. I deliberately told them that we need one normal manicure and one manicure with gel soak-off. Staff booked me in for two normal manicures and tried to prove to me that it was my fault and that they can't do it because they require more time, even though they were available (as I was told later on reception when I demanded refund). What made me even more angry is that just two hours before this i had a medical pedicure booked with Harrods wellness department, again stating that we need a soak off beforehand and I was again told they can't do it, even though I have mentioned we need a soak off. Why book me in, if you have no clue what you are doing! I literally walked straight out of Harrods walked in to Harvey Nichols (it was only 2 minute walk from Harrods), waited for 10 minutes and they have done both mine and mum's manicure and pedicure with out any problems, and the customer service was SOOOO much better. I will never go to Harrods beauty salon again and will not recommend it to any of my friends or family.

Google Bad Review 1: Brow tidy by Sapna .Very poor and extremely overpriced .visited after seeing great reviews expecting proper consultation ,care and advice .no marking of brows or consultation re shape etc ,threading rough and painful , finished in less than 5 minutes .no cleansing before or cream applied after .brow shape adequate but nothing better than 6 pounds in local beauty shop and this was almost 6 times the price . Don't waste money on this service .

Google Bad Review (2): Waste of money, poor service and apparently lots of fake 5 star reviews so beware.

I paid £90 for signature pedicure with shellac removal (which should have cost £15 not £20 by the way so I guess I was ripped off here). I spent 30 min waiting for the polish to dry and booked a taxi. Turns out they don’t have disposable flip flops – they sell havaianas instead. What? So to walk out and get into the car I had to put my boots back on and obviously it ruined the colour. I guess the polish didn’t dry because –

The girl who was doing my nails applied the polish and said she’ll be back in 10 min to put oil and dryer. She then packed her stuff and left for the day. I was left sitting there with no one even paying attention.

The pedicure itself it worth maximum 1/3 of what it costs. The girl barely touched the cuticules instead of making them ‘extremely tidy’, she skipped a lot of rough skin, didn’t use a cream, etc.

Pedicure seats are ridiculous. You sit with your back to the wall at 90 degree in a stiff chair and you can’t recline even slightly. There was NOTHING relaxing about my treatment. The joke is – it’s still better than having a manicure because there you get kicked in your back by people trying to make their way to the front desk down a narrow passage.

And of course – my appointment was late by 15 minutes. However, another client who came for eyebrows was waiting for 30 min being completed forgotten of.

I left with unhappy face and the owner gave me a passive-aggressive smile.

It was my first (and last, I regret paying but I had to run for the taxi) visit and the experience just can’t be worse.

Google Bad Review 1: I find it interesting that 4 hours ago someone left a bad review for this company – I too am about to email the owner but having seen the response below I think the likelihood is it won't be dealt with in a professional manner. I had my lashes done at 4.30pm this afternoon and feel that I should have gone with my gut instinct when I saw the therapist's own eyelashes which were not good. Also she had just been for a cigarette and her hands stunk of smoke. She wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming either. I specified that I didn't want the big lashes over the top look and said maybe I should have the classic done instead – she said that no the Russian would be better. Treatment was fine until towards the end when I felt her cutting something near my eye and she said that some glue had stuck some lashes and my eye together. On three occasions I told her that it really hurt – it felt like she was pulling my actual eyelashes out. Once she had finished I looked in the mirror – they looked ridiculous. She said that they looked like the pics on the Instagram account. They certainly didn't. They were very thick and looked like the kind of lashes a drag queen would wear. Her response was that everyone uses different lashes and all companies end up with different looks. I have used 5 different companies over the last few years and not one of them has ended up with such poor, laughable results. They really did look ridiculous. Therefore, I asked for her to remove them. My eyes are now very sore and itchy and I am hoping I don't end up with an eye infection – especially as it is my birthday in three days time. I paid half price for the removed lashes – and was ok doing that as it was me that didn't like them. But equally the result was nothing like what is on the Instagram page and judging by the other review below I'm not the only one unhappy with the service offered

Granted it was through Treatwell who they blamed for the issues, but after taking the time off work for my appointment to be told it did not exist after i tried to check numerous times i finally had enough. I was offered a different service for the same price which is a nice gesture but not what i wanted so kind of pointless (False Lashes instead of LVL) I was told a manager had emailed me, this did not happen until i emailed them directly and raised the complaint. Shame as it looked like a nice place to have as a regular place to go for Lashes. Instead i wasted a half day off of work

Google Bad Review (2): Waste of money, poor service and apparently lots of fake 5 star reviews so beware.

And of course – my appointment was late by 15 minutes. However, another client who came for eyebrows was waiting for 30 min being completed forgotten of.

I left with unhappy face and the owner gave me a passive-aggressive smile.

It was my first (and last, I regret paying but I had to run for the taxi) visit and the experience just can’t be worse.

Google Bad Review (2): I went to brigita vather 3 times for get manicure with 3 different girls. First time was ok, second time I had to wait for 30 minutes despite having made a booking, las one was a disaster as she cut my middle finger when removing the cuticules.. not even sure how this happened (picture below) as the cut was way below the cuticules area… leaving the finger bleeding for a few minutes while I was offered almond oil to stop the bleeding…
This never happened to me in any other nail bar. My finger now looks all swollen and hurts when taking a shower and looks absolutely awful! That did cost me £35.. absolute disaster
Definitely not recommended, there are plenty of other nail bars in the area that offer a better service
Avoid at any cost!
