Rasoir acheté il y a 2 ans sur le marché de Camden street, avec un utilisation occasionnel – car j'ai d'autres rasoir de même type, mais différents fabriquant – voilà le filetage qui ne tient plus et le rasoir devient inutilisable. Dommage pour un produit de de 50£… et dommage pour la réponse de la société qui propose un réduction 15% si j'en achète un autre rasoir chez eux… pour information, les marques comme @Mühle, @Gentlemen Barbier ou mêmes les anciens @Gilettes me servent sans problème depuis des années.
Ni la qualité ni le service client et commercial ne reflet pas l'artisanat et la démarche annoncé par la marque.
