Google Bad Review (2):  Office staff are useless on the whole, cleaners, gardeners and car park attendants very good but those I do not count as part of the office.
Poor communication skills (few bother using their email news letter) and poor complaints system.
Anti-social behaviour by residents or their guests even during lockdown not treated seriously. City of London police even attended due to many breaches in the garden. Strange attitude about noise prevention is ensuring a playground is just used by children with parents present and noise is not excessive. Guildhall School of Music in contrast has large signs saying it is residential area and noise should not be excessive.

Had my iPhone repaired here and was given a year warranty, 8 weeks after having it fixed the phone breaks down ON THE INSIDE as a result of a poorly done job, and I was told my warranty does not cover this?! I was then quoted £150 to fix it AGAIN, then £135 then £139?!

This place is very poorly managed, the customer service is bad and the staff are very rude and unhelpful.

If you would like a phone repair done professionally within the local area I recommend visiting;
– Phone Service Centre on 129 Whitecross St, London EC1Y 8JL.

Google Bad Review (2):  They are friendly until they fix your phone but not soo friendly when you take your phone back to them with a problem caused by them.

I had my screen changed my front camera was dusty the screen is scrolling on up and down on its own sometime and the screen protector has Bubbles,
I went back to the shop and told the issue the gentleman was not quite helpful and blamed myself for the problems that I was pressing the screen quite hard that may cause the screen rolling up and down and he told me screen protector will get bubbles or air when you have it in you pocket because of the temperature.

Absolutely gutted with staff respond to my issues even pulled edge of my screen protector and stick it back and said you have to buy a new protector the warranty does not cover it.

Google Bad Review 1:  We booked an apartment for a 3-month stay starting September 2014. We had a budget dependent on our university and asked for a suitably-priced apartment. In order to guarantee availability during those 3 months, we were asked to pay for the whole stay. We issued a bank transfer and the money was received as expected. Less than one month before actually going there, we were emailed (no phone call, why bother?) saying that the apartment that we had booked 2 months before was unavailable, but that we had other (more expensive) options. I immediately emailed them complaining about the treatment we received, but I got no reply. I emailed again to ask for a full refund, which they accepted, but issued the bank transfer in POUNDS and not in EUROS as we had paid for it. We ended up losing money (roughly 500 euros) in the transaction. I expected a different kind of treatment and service for a company advertising high-quality apartments (I don't doubt they are), because high quality goods should be delivered accordingly. Extremely disappointed.

I have with reason changed my rating.Asked for whitebait along with 2 large cod and chips, takeaway, (regular order) I reminded her that the whitebait normally comes with salad and she said it doesn't, I then said it does because I come here often. (Was a family chippy favourite over the last 5+ years)Her attitude, facial expressions and actions were rude, to say the least, and she insisted that it doesn't, well it did, anyway got home ready to have dinner and the whitebait was overcooked, to put it mildly, burnt, (picture added on to photos) the cod was not large, one portion of chips was considerably oily compared to the other.Overall horrible, binned it and went to the Kennedy's on Goswell road.Our chapter of dining in or takeaway at Kennedy's has come to an end.My advice if you order takeaway check before you leave.

Google Bad Review (2):  Of course the food here is the worst in London. The chef here doesn't even know how to make food. So the grilled chicken / chicken burger/ chicken wrap, I mean anything containing chicken is very very very dry and hard. You may need to have a Tiger's teeth to eat the extra-hard chicken meat. Hope you could spend some time, just find a cooking school to learn how to cook. However, the service is not bad, so I am not blaming you, just suggest you to learn how to make food. Making something buy your own way can be happy, but not good for your money.

这个律师所相对于其它律所贵很多，但法律问题解决的速度并不会变快，而且还会给你临时加价，前段时间办一个委托卖房的委托书，前面发材料的时候给我说的£600全包，让我给公司帐上转600£，我说可以，但需要发一封正式邮件给我，然后在邮件上突然变成1500£，我问为什么，告诉我说突然发现文书工作有点多……然后我给总台complaint，总台的人说调查，调查完以后说就是那么贵，感觉这个律师要么就是逃税要么就是内部有问题。之后我找了另一个lisa律所同样的委托书355£就全部解决，办事效率超快。相比之下差别太大了……

Google Bad Review (2):  This is why people dislike dealing with solicitors.

1. Notarisation is different from certification – and Chan Neill does not have a Notary Public to notarise. You have to arm yourself with accurate information before stepping into this office.
2. Receptionist is ill-informed. When I called for “notarisation” I was told they offer such services, and at an affordable fee. Then when I showed up, I only had a certification of true copy by a solicitor (i.e. Commissioner of Oath) at a fee 7 times the cost the receptionist quoted me – my document was straightforward and the price hike was not due to a complicated document and so she misled me.
3. I was told that there was someone in the firm who was able to perform Notary Public duties but then found out after talking to her that no, she does not do that, but she insisted solicitors are “good enough” to certify these copies, probably as a way to get rid of me as a difficult person since the front desk was unhelpful – my local lawyers abroad have now confirmed they are not “good enough” and I need a “real” Notary Public.

In short I paid for nothing and this is a great self-lesson that I should never trust solicitors.
