Google Bad Review 1:  Rude letting agent, say one thing and do another and unwilling to accept any responsibility or apologise for poor handing. They have an out of hours person answering calls who just doesn't pass on the messages so what's the point? An answering machine would do a better job!

Google Bad Review (2):  Before we rented the property, we specifically checked with the agency if early termination would be allowed, because we knew that we might have to relocate to another country for work.

The agent, Mitchell Max told us that we would be able to, subject to paying relevant fees, eg the cost of doing reference checks on a new tenant. We were reassured and signed the tenancy agreement.

However, when our relocation was confirmed and we tried to terminate early, the agent now claims that we have to pay the entire rent for the full duration, which is almost 5000 pounds!

We thought that this was a good agency and everything was going well with the rental, but now we feel extremely cheated. Beware!
