Google Bad Review 1:  I have been to this place for sometime. First time I came, got my haircut from a guy and I was really happy with the haircut. Next time, there was a lady who was okay. Last time I went, there was this tall guy who was very rude and didn’t listen as to how I wanted my haircut and was in a hurry and seemed like he is on a marathon or something. I was disappointed with the haircut, wouldn’t come again.

Went to have my haircut yesterday, a trim and layers. I jave curly hair and they are all one length so thought layers would be a nice change. Talked to the stylist, lady with short blonde hair and a lot of tattoos. Showered her how long I wanted my hair and trusted her with the layering. Finished with 6 inches of hair cut off and my hair moussed and blow dried straight. This was not what I asked for. Couldn't say anything at the time since I was heading to the hospital for my sisters operation so had no time. Returned today to talk about my experience which by the way an apology would have been fine but instead was rudely spoken to and sworn at by the lady and the manager not caring about how my hair turned out. Not only that, after a longish “conversation”, if one can even say that's what we had, the manager oh so “generously” gave the £7 for the blow dry back but refused to acknowledge the mistake of his staff. Said the blow dry was a mistake but the cut is fine. To top it off the lady told me if one of her colleagues shaved a bit of her hair off she would say something. Confronted her that she wouldnt say that to another stylist in a different salon and she replies with silence. Then she says I liked my haircut yesterday but today I don't, I replied to ask her if I looked like I liked it, if she asked me if I liked it. Wanna guess what she said? Nothing, that's because she didn't. Majority of the time she had her attention elsewhere, when she was washing my hair, when she was detangling my hair, you know what not once did she ask me if I was fine, if the length of my hair was fine. No she just cut it the way she wanted and thats that.

I'm not going to tell you not to go there but I would like you to keep an eye out on what the “stylist” is doing. Before they cut your hair, ask them to show you how much they will cut because something could go wrong and you wouldnt want to have the same experience as me.
