Google Bad Review 1:  My friend booked the restaurant for her birthday and informed them over email beforehand that I am coeliac so would need gluten free food provided. The staff member who she emailed assured her that they could provide gluten free food. However, this was not the case.

When we arrived, I was told to inform the manager of my dietary requirements which I did. She told me immediately that nothing on the menu was safe for coeliacs to eat as there was cross contamination. I was offered plain broccoli which I obviously didn't want to pay for so I didn't eat. The menu is very inflexible which gave me the impression that there isn't a trained chef in the kitchen and the food seems to be pre prepared and heated up. Even my local Chinese takeaway is able to cook food that I can eat using a clean pan and no soy sauce so it's shocking that a large establishment cannot do the same.

This is really disappointing as there is no point in listing items as gluten free and advertising yourself as a restaurant that offers gluten free food if you don't cater to coeliacs or people with gluten intolerance/ allergy. Unfortunately a gluten free lifestyle isn't just a fashion statement, it's something that affects a larger percentage of the population. By not offering allergen free food, you are excluding so many people from your product and it's just not good business.
