Google Bad Review:  Very disappointed to have to edit this review after having used this branch for decades.

My locking wheel bolt was damaged during the initial attempts to take a wheel off so had no choice but to agree to them breaking a wheel bolt. Was then told that they would not be rectifying the damage and to quote ‘take it to the main dealers' The result of this was me having to file a complaint with an ombudsman to claim back the cost of their negligence.

My complaint was obviously upheld and they were forced to reimburse me the cost I had to pay to get it sorted elsewhere. Terrible waste of everyone's time and money. There have been some very good managers here in the past, but in my experience, best advice is currently to steer well clear.

Google Bad Review:  Asked to change a simple passenger side Honda civic 06 year headlight bulb. They said £10. Then striped the whole bumper off ripped off the side body trim breaking the links then used 3 normal screws visible without consulting me as a fix. When not happy with this they swore at me repeatedly in front of other customers then glued the side trim on leaving the side trim holes and damage to my vehicle then threatened me they would charge me £60 for fitting the bulb if I wanted a new trim. Cowboys Stay away.

Google Bad Review:  Quite dishonest. Poor workmanship. Rude workers. Except for maybe two. I took car to get shock absorbers replaced. Not only were the shock absorbers they obtained faulty but charged me double in labour. They also damaged a bolt and were more than happy to let me drive off in it. Avoid like the plague. Better off going to Impact closer to ealing broadway or kwik fit (yes I said kwik fit). Never trust them. They obviously like taking advantage. I can also confirm that some of the other negative reviews are true. I have experience with them obviously saying unsavoury things in their language in front of me. Do not let them touch your vehicle!! I personally will be seeking advice from higher bodies.

Google Bad Review:  Whilst the staff at this branch were really helpful, I was disgusted by Volvo customer service team – Having being sold a VOLVO XC90 by their East London branch, this so called premium car has given me nothing but issues. The main issue a continuous leak into the car which Volvo head of customer service have refused to look into or supply any support. What a useless team and how disappointing to be driving a so called luxury car with completely third class customer support. As I said, the team at this branch tried to be helpful but also let down by their superiors at customer service. My advice to anyone considering a Volvo, there are much better cars out there and much cheaper too.

Google Bad Review:  Shocking experience so far today 14.01.2022, having brought our car for its service yesterday! Appalling customer service experience at Harwoods, Coulsdon, Surrey…no call backs when promised, when trying to call service department put on hold numerous times, being hung up on, incompetent service advisors obviously lacking in dealing with unhappy customers. Seems a rudderless service department now however previous service manager Jamie Judd was definitely far more aware of his team and what was acceptable customer service! Still awaiting a call back from Service Manager (5.45pm) to discuss when our car will be ready and as to what’s occurred to have caused my partner and I such upset today! All we asked for is to be kept up to date on progress of car and the agreed repairs completed.This is obviously too much to ask. We have currently had to hire a car in order to get around which is due back to rental company tomorrow 15.01.2022….but seems we need to extend until at least Monday 17.01.2022
