Google Bad Review 1: Arisien representative arrived to conduct the survey, I thought he might have inspected the entire premises thoroughly for asbestos (1 bed flat) but I showed him where I believed the asbestos to be and he checked that, took a sample and peeled back 1 carpet in the living room. No measuring the m² or anything. I didnt think the survey was very thorough. I then received an extorionate quote for removing 3.7m² (which I measured myself) for £2,800 + VAT. He suggested verbally it would be in the ‘hundreds' so I was shocked at the quote. When I highlighted this to him I received a sarcastic email back. I went elsewhere and paid £900 in total for removal. Would not recommend.
Edit: 1 3 year old review and 9 new 5* reviews in the last 3 hours? All from women, all in the same tone. Very coincidental.
