Google Bad Review:  Outrageous experience! Don't trust the 5 star reviews here, the agency and especially Darnell McDonald send you an email with the links to both Google and Trust pilot and than follow up (more like chase) for you to leave them 5 stars and specify the name of the branch you had to work with and the specific agent.
We moved into our flat two weeks ago and it quickly became clear that appliances were not tested prior to move in. The oven and hobs turn on, but after a short time switch off, the balcony door doesn't close and after doing the first laundry, the washing machine door did not open! We had to wait a full week, with damp laundry trapped, for someone to come and open it. To then find out that the machine is out of use. Nobody contacts you to let you know whether repairs will be done or to let you know someone has been in the flat.

Two weeks in, we can't open the balcony door, as someone came and closed it and asked us not to open it. We don't have a washing machine and our hob and oven can't be used. We have contacted Maintenance and in particular Kalidass Uvaraj on multiple occasions and every time he has a different excuse. We demanded compensation, only to be told the landlord refused it, even though we want compensation from the agency for their negligence.

Stay away from Life Residential, there are many agencies which will make your stay at their flat pleasant and will make sure all repairs are done immediately. And more than everything, won't call you every five minutes prior to you paying the deposit and than be unreachable when you move in!
