Google Good Review:  I have been a Vivian's client and my health have had a big turned around to the best!. Before I met Vivian I was recently diagnosed Bipolar 1st grade I was in a lot medication that gave me a serious side effects, I was severely dyslexic and struggle with concentration and my writing skills. I used to walk with an stick in winter months due to my osteoarthitis in my knees. Vivienne has been incredibly generous to me, honest and reliable very profesional and I am so grateful for her threatements with cosmodic, her advice in changing my diet, and recomended me the right supplements since I had cut down my medication 85 per cent, for bipolar, I am not longer manic, I have started to work as a teacher recently for special needs! ,also I studied an art therapy master, my concentration and my writing skills have improve dramaticly, and not longer suffer from inflamation from my liver and my knees, I am not walking aided with an stick anymore. I could not afforf the treatment and she helped me unconditionally offering me to became her case study, I could not believe my luck, she has been incredibly generous, very professional and sincere in her approach I strongly recommend her, what she has done done for me is priceless, thank you Vivienne!

Google Bad Review:  I wanted my partner who is recovering from cancer but suffering from severe side effects from radiotherapy to see Vivienne for Cosmodic Therapy.
She wasn’t very clear in the consultation and failed to inform me about the different treatments. I was hoping to be seen by Dani ( Naturopathic Medicine ) as her fee seemed lower…to my surprise, I ended up paying for both the therapists which was far more than I expected to pay and indeed not the treatment advised (we came to have cosmodic therapy). Additionally they advised me to get supplements which she obviously charged more for.
We were given a special rate after, a combined fee for my partner and myself, but they only worked with me on about half the times we visited .
Every time they suggested something which cost more money. It was like playing a sinister game of what bills were behind the doors.
Getting another therapist to come in all the way from Isle of Wright,for example.. I was put in a difficult position as it’s either pay whatever outlandish quote (ie full travel fare for the therapist even though they made it sound like she is happy to help) or to do absolutely nothing to help my partner.
The last straw was when Vivienne wanted to book us in for the 3rd session with an increased fee of £50!!!
When I questioned this she replied they will work on my partner more this time.
How can you work on him more when there are two therapists already?
I paid the requested amount the previous time and they didn’t do much therapy to me…and the one that does naturopathic therapy didn’t do anything during the last session but I guess I’m paying her for the use of her facility.
When I then suggested they come to mine, as travel expenses equalise out the cost of attending their venue, Vivienne told me it’s going to cost me a lot more for them to come over!!!
I asked for this as my partner is unable to travel .. thinking they will be sympathetic,but it’s all about money…even crossing the boundaries when suggesting we ask family for funds to pay up.
I feel let down by the appalling and greedy treatment of someone who is already in an extremely vulnerable state and pushed into agreeing to have inadequate and unclear treatments with endless hidden costs. I am very disappointed.
