Google Bad Review 1:  Zero duty of care if they think your business is dying.

In 19/20, I had to disengage after 2 quarters and £1.4k in paid fees due to cashflow issues, meaning TAC only had to file 2 quarterly VAT Returns and reconcile ~25 transactions.

However, due to the mismanagement of my VAT account they couldn't submit the 2 returns before the last day of my subscription.

Despite it being their error, having paid Bookeeping and R&D fees of over £7000 that year and being a customer since 2016, they refused to resubmit.
