Google Bad Review (2): The service was pretty awful. First they quoted £15 which I was happy with – for inside and outside the car. However when I got back, the whole job had a lot of cut corners – missed loads of bits (for example, long piece of tape stuck to the back, dog mess on the inside door, etc.) so I asked the chap to clean it up which took an extra 2 minutes. Then at the end he asked for an additional £5, and I refused to pay this as this wasn't part of the original quote. Then he told me never to come back and that if he saw my car again he wouldn't allow it into the car wash. And to add insult to injury later I discovered that they had broken my vent phone holder and also one of my vents. It's very clear that they don't care about customer service and want to process customers as quickly as possible, so I won't be going there again!
