Google Bad Review: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Waste of time. Filled out their form online which is especially set up for customers to get a quote for a new window and gave my window dimensions. Heard nothing back. So I called and gave dimensions and they said they would email me quote. Nothing. So booked a daytime appointment of 1:30pm and on the day they came an over an hour early (so no-one home) and left a “sorry I missed you note”. When I called they said the appointment was for 12-1pm. Ummm – no, I was specifically told 1:30pm and not given a range of time.
So now I know they lie. Rebooked next week and guy was late. Once visit finished, said they would email quote pretty quickly. Waited and got nothing, so called next week and asked where was quote. They said it would be emailed tomorrow morning. Waited 2 days and called and they said it would come this morning. Waited and got nothing all day, so tried calling for next few days but now no-one answers the phone ar all. Avoid. Sham company and shoddy service. If it is this hard to get a quote, imagine how terrible their afterservice would be! Worst company I had dealt with for a long time.
