Google Bad Review 1: Awful experience, they have replaced boba jam which was brilliant and lively, staff were slow, unfriendly and illiterate. On top of the thirty minute wait, where there were no ques and many staff the drinks we got were awful, nothing like it's predecessor boba jam.

Google Bad Review (2): So I noticed this new bubble tea+dessert place through a wowcher deal. It would seem this used to be the old Boba Jam and they have some sort of association (as the menu still has the Boba Jam logo).
They serve bubble tea, normal drinks, and desserts, as well as small dishes of hot food. Think snack place!
My party ordered a mango pudding lo which involves milk pudding, creamy mango mix, fresh mango and sago pearl. I ordered a Mango Surprise which involves vanilla ice cream, grass jelly, fresh mango and popping ball. The first thing which struck us was how small the portion was. If you went to Candy Cafe or Golden Gate Dessert House you would get a much bigger portion for the price of £3.95!!
The taste was pretty good though, recommended if you have a sweet tooth.
Tried the milk pearl tea, decent but nothing special. Tapioca pearls are not the best either.
Worst thing about this place was we came here around 8pm and the toilets upstairs were in dire straits already. Only ladies' loos were in operation (I couldn't even see a sign for gents) so basically both sexes were supposed to use the same toilets, and also…no sign of toilet paper anywhere in the 4 cubicles. Definitely would fail a hygiene inspection.
