Google Bad Review: AVOID THIS COMPANY! HARRASED ME EVERY DAY FOR MONTHS, TO THEN LOSE OUR EQUIPMENT WE PAID FOR AND NOT YET CLEAR WHAT IS GOING ON..
So from the start of my communication with them, I went through a harassment with their sales person calling me EVERY single day for a couple of months. I work for a small charity so decisions are taken slowly..but someone calling you EVERY single day is unnerving..I had to make a complaint.
We finally ordered laptops from them ( I actually recommended a different company) and the lockdown happened.
They have tried to deliver them without telling us and consulting with us if there is anybody in the office.
NOW, THEY HAVE LOST OUR EQUIPMENT and after chasing from end of August for delivery, I was told last week. The communication is non-existent in this company.
I asked last week for an update several days in a row and for the complaints procedure but no reply to either.
