Google Bad Review 1: Not really impressed with the service, you call in and they make an appointment and then they charge you for an emergency exam – one you did not actually need as the problem you had was not urgent.
And the work is quite sloppy – I had been seen by 2 different doctors.
Avoid this clinic if you can!
Continuation – I did not ask for an emergency exam . You just asked me to change the initial hour of the appointment and then charged ME for an emergency exam – when maybe you had an emergency since you had to change the initial appointed hour. As to the sloppy work of my previous dentist- your work has not yet passed the test of time! Let’s see if the work you did will last 4 years, the same as the work my previous dentist did. And let me also tell you that client service also matters. If you wanted to charge £110 for a recement you should have added that as the recement cost and not an emergency fee which was not needed – I did not asked to be seen at a certain date or time – you suggested that time and day ( and it was not outside your working hours either ) – so charging me emergency fees feels like robbery – again if you want more money just add it to the service you provide so that the client knows upfront – and tell the client what it will cost!
