Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely awful care. Failed to make a referral correctly, lost my blood test results, and zero communication. Have to call daily to chase things up. Extremely rude, unprofessional and sarcastic receptionist called Jackie whom I have made a formal complaint of to NHS England.

Google Bad Review (2): This is a review of the telephone consultation system: Millway offer telephone consultations in 5 minute slots via the Patient Access Website. They never stick to the time, not even remotely vaguely. If you speak to the reception staff they will tell you that these appointments are for either AM or PM and you should never take the time for granted.
So why do they bother with the five-minute slots when you book the appointment then?
