Google Bad Review 1: As this review only allows me to give the minimum of one star I have, but it would be a minus 50.
When first visiting Jaya I needed a gap near my front teeth to close. I though the treatment that would be needed would be braces which Jaya agreed with me. After paying 3 thousands pounds for only 6 months treatment my gap has improved but not closed. I was told on my last appointment with Jessica that my gap would not close because of the shape of my teeth so I am unsure why I would have not been recommended composite bonding or something else instead of braces.
After my braces had been taken off Jaya booked an appointment which I wasn't able to attend because of a work emergency instead of booking a near alternative date for an appointment she offered to do a Zoom which wad so unhelpful as she didn't even bother explaining how to clean my retainers.
They left glue on my teeth after taking off my braces. They only realised there was still glue there on my following appointment which left me with a pain on my gum.
QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT VERY POOR CLIENT CARE AND INAPROPRIATE ADVICE.
I would avoid this surgery and I won't be going back.
