Google Bad Review 1: Avoid at all cost !!! I was sold a eye cream that irritates my eye and leves it red and dry, it was very expensive i called the next day to explain and that i had only used it once as was not what i asked for even though i was told by the lady who sold it to me that it would be ok for my skin all i want is an exchange as can not use the product but the manager has flat out said no !! There was nothing in the shop explaining this and under the sales act you can return items that are not deemed for purpose so i am taking the matter further with citizens advice. So much for customer service and being helpful you would get better service online or in a department store at least they listen to the customer and help them

Google Bad Review (2): Been going to Good Looks for haircuts and other treatments for years. Bad experience today in that I booked a cut and blow dry, only to be told as the hair stylist started to dry my hair that they couldn't blow-dry long hair. Completely understand if this is government rules, but this should have been communicated when I booked the appointment, or at least when I arrived and started to have my hair washed.
When I asked for a reduced price I was told to pay £47 instead of £53. Only then did I discover Good Looks have increased their prices. Again, this should have been communicated when I made the appointment. A measly £6 discount is completely unacceptable for an appointment which is half complete.
A cut and blow dry price includes a hair wash, a cut, a blow dry, a style and further trim once the hair is dry and the stylist can review and trim the dried hair. Can't fault the stylist – she was lovely. Can't fault the other beauticians here either – I'm a regular with Sandrine who's also brilliant. But this experience has left a really bad taste as when I tried to complain, the management was just indifferent. Real shame but you've just lost a valued customer.
